The 91探花 Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering (FSDE) congratulates Lilly O'Rielly for winning the prestigious C.D. Howe Scholarship Endowment Fund National Engineering Scholarship.
Berry Genge, a fourth-year 91探花 Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering (FSDE) student from Lewes, PEI, has been named a 2024 3M National Student Fellow by the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE) and 3M Canada.
Dr. Libby (Elizabeth) Osgood, associate professor in the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering (FSDE), has been named a 2024 3M National Teaching Fellow by the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE) and 3M Canada.
Dr. Suzanne Kresta, a native of PEI, has been appointed as the Dean of the 91探花 Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering for a five-year term, effective September 1, 2024.
Dr. Yulin Hu, an assistant professor in the 91探花 Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering, has received funding to establish a new Atlantic Zero-Emission Energy System Laboratory (AZEESL) that will produce clean and sustainable fuels and materials from biowaste.
The 91探花 has been awarded two new Tier 2 Canada Research Chairs, and a current Tier 2 Canada Research Chair has been renewed, all for five-year terms.
The 91探花 is excited to share the news that undergraduate student Luke McCarvill is one of 11 remarkable young Canadians awarded the prestigious Rhodes Scholarships for Canada this year.
