Join us for a "Blast from Vet School Past: Infallible wisdom from those who have survived it". This is an opportunity for AVC and Pre-Vet students to connect with professors on a more personal level as they reminisce about challenges in vet school and the people who helped them throughout the鈥�
Bring along your mat and water bottle and join Lyndsey Paynter for a relaxing hour of yoga. This session provides a full body strength and flexibility workout which tones the body. Long stretches will melt away stress and create a feeling of deep relaxation.

Join us for a winter walk on the Confederation Trail following our 91探花 Mental Health Kick-off event with Lewis Page. Walk will leave from McMillan Hall, and cookies and hot chocolate to follow at the upper level of the 91探花 Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre.

The School of Nursing would like to invite the University community to a research presentation which will be given by Lisa Garland Baird RN MN PhD(c), candidate for a tenure track position in Nursing. Ms. Garland Baird will present "Home Care Case Managers' Integrated Care of Older鈥�
The 91探花 Career and Summer Job Fair will take place on Thursday, March 3 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Schurman Market Square, Don and Marion McDougall Hall and is free for students.

Diane Burke, along with her daughter Jenna Burke (who is an Aboriginal Student Mentor with Mawi'omi and in her fourth year at 91探花) will give a talk on the Residential School System and its impact on families & relationships. Diane's mom, Jenna's grandmother, attended the Shubenacadie鈥�
Our minds and bodies need rest and recovery breaks to allow us to relax and reduce the effects of stress. This seminar will show participants how to make time to calm down and reduce stress, using both proactive and reactive relaxation technique. Space is limited so please sign up before March 9.鈥�
This informative workshop will include tips and ideas for strengthening and targeting resumes and cover letters, how to talk to employers, as well as how to dress and some dos and don'ts for career fair attendees. Location: HSB 104 from 12:00 p.m.to 1:00 p.m.

Career Services is partnering with The Writing Centre to do a resume blitz in The Pit. Students will bring us hard copies of their resumes and we will critique and offer suggestions for improvement as well as resources (hard copy and on-line) to assist them in creating a stronger resume.鈥�
This is a fun event for students that will include a photo booth with goofy props, swag, prizes and a chance to answer the question: Where do you see yourself on the next Leap Day - Feburary 29, 2020?
