Our minds and bodies need rest and recovery breaks to allow us to relax and reduce the effects of stress. This seminar will show participants how to make time to calm down and reduce stress, using both proactive and reactive relaxation technique. Space is limited so please sign up before March 9.鈥

Career Services is partnering with The Writing Centre to do a resume blitz in The Pit.  Students will bring us hard copies of their resumes and we will critique and offer suggestions for improvement as well as resources (hard copy and on-line) to assist them in creating a stronger resume.鈥
