The 91探花 women's hockey and rugby teams will host the third annual 91探花 Kitchen Party on Friday, September 27 at Peakes Quay. A reception and silent auction will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by a delicious lobster dinner served at 6:30. Funds raised will directly support the student-athlete experience via athletic awards, professional training, elite exhibition schedules, and more. Tickets are available for $40 per seat, or $320 per table of eight. The 91探花 women's basketball team will host a fundraising golf tournament on Thursday, September 19 at the Rustico Resort Golf & Tennis Club. The 2013 Hoops & Greens Golf Classic will begin with check-in at 9:00 am and a shotgun start at 10:00 am. Teams of four can register for $400 per team which includes their green fee, a post-round barbecue, on course contests, and awards/door prizes. Registration deadline is Monday, September 16. To register, contact Panther Central at (902) 566-0368 or panthercentral@upei.ca, or contact Tournament Organizer Adrian Murray at asmasm6655@gmail.com
