91探花 Student Affairs, in partnership with the Department of Physics, is pleased to host a presentation by Canadian Space Agency Astronaut David Saint-Jacques on Thursday, November 28 at 11:30 am in the W.A. Murphy Student Centre鈥檚 McMillan Hall. Dr. Saint-Jacques will take attendees on the learning journey that led him to become a Canadian astronaut and talk about his training. He will also give an overview of Canadian Space Agency projects, and will share some insights on future opportunities for students. As a 91探花 faculty and staff Sports Centre member, you receive a 20% discount on our Panther Academy camps and programs, including our PD Day Camps, as a member benefit. On Friday, November 8 and Friday, November 22, we will be offering PD Day Camps for preschool to grade 6.
Every PD Day, our experienced Panther Academy counselors deliver a variety of activities which also showcases some of our Summer Camp offerings. These activities are tailored for designated age groups (K-2/3-6) and, just like our Summer Camps, regular programming runs 9:00 am鈥4:00 pm with early drop off beginning at 7:30 am and late pick up available until 5:30 pm.
The discounted cost per day is $26.40 (versus $33 regular cost) and includes access to our newly renovated gymnasium and an hour of supervised swim time at the CARI pool.
