Join us for some tips and tricks to de-stress, re-focus, and re-energize. This Wellness Wednesday will give you insight on how to cope with stress, stress management techniques, spiritual guidance, and how to quiet your mind. There will also be a meditation seminar following this event at 2:30 pm! Everything you need to know about keeping a calm, stress-free mind right at your fingertips! Location: 91̽»¨ Sports Centre Lobby Time: 12:00-1:30 pm November 20—ZUMBA-THON As part of our Wellness Wednesdays, we want to get you movin’ and groovin’!
