We encourage students, faculty, and staff who may need documents or links located on my91探花 to plan ahead and bookmark or download the resources they may need during this period.

The Health, Safety, and Environment Department (HSE) is offering Emergency and Standard First Aid/CPR training sessions:

  • Emergency First Aid/CPR 
    June 19, 2024
    8:30 am鈥4:00 pm
    This basic one-day course offers lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. 
  • Standard First Aid/CPR (two-day session)
    June 24 and 25, 2024
    8:30 am鈥4:00 pm
    This comprehensive two-day course offers first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need enhanced training as a work requirement.

The cost of registration will be covered by HSE for all 91探花 faculty and staff, including students who require training for on-campus employment. Students who do not require training for on-campus employment are welcome to attend; however, the cost of registration will not be covered. Please note that lunch will not be provided.

As space is limited, please register by contacting HSE@upei.ca by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 12.

Come join us in the Teaching and Learning Centre for a re-design caf茅. Bring an existing assessment or activity or an idea for one, chat with colleagues and our team, set goals, and pick up resources to help with the process. This event will take place on June 11 from 10:30 am to noon.  

The deadline for Animal Care Protocol Submissions (new, renewal, or amendment) is Friday, July 5, for the July meeting.

Please note that as of June 1, 2020, all animal user protocols must be submitted through 91探花 Researcher Portal at https://upei.researchservicesoffice.com/Romeo.Researcher/

For new protocols, select "applications," and for renewal or amendment protocols, select "events."

91探花 ACC SOPs and codes of practice can be accessed through my91探花 at . 

Those protocols received after the deadline will be reviewed the following month. The Committee requires at least one month for processing applications.

The 91探花 Department of Human Resources will be closed on Friday, June 7, 2024, for off-campus meetings. 91探花 Human Resources will re-open on Monday, June 10. In the interim, please email HRGeneral@upei.ca with your enquiry and we will respond as soon as possible.

The initiative is a four-week professional exchange in cities across the US for emerging entrepreneurs between the ages of 25-35 who will work with businesses to learn, share expertise, develop skills, and expand their networks.
