Residence Fees
Please note—all students living in Bernardine Hall or Andrew Hall are required to purchase a 5- or 7-day meal plan each semester. Residents of Blanchard Hall and the Performing Arts Centre and Residence are not required to purchase a meal plan, but certainly can and there are options for added convenience. Priority for Blanchard Hall semi-private space is given to upper-year, transfer, graduate, and mature students. Please refer to your registration material and the for fee payment information and schedules.
These fees cover the 2024–2025 academic year, and are subject to change. Fees are reflected per semester, but Residence Life Agreements are for the duration of the academic year (September to April). Students will be billed the semester fees in September and January.
Bernardine Hall
- Single room, with 5-day meal plan: $6,509.50 per semester
- Single room, with 7-day meal plan: $6,568.00 per semester
- Double room, with 5-day meal plan: $5,722.00 per semester
- Double room, with 7-day meal plan: $5,780.50 per semester
Bill and Denise Andrew Hall
- Single suite with 5-day meal plan: $6,894.00 per semester
- Single suite with 7-day meal plan: $6,952.50 per semester
- Double and triple suite with 5-day meal plan: $6,701.50 per semester
- Double and triple suite with 7-day meal plan: $6,760.00 per semester
Blanchard Hall
- Semi-private: $3,722.00 per semester
Meal plans are not required in Blanchard Hall, but are available for residents. Meal plan options include 5-day and 7-day all you care to eat meal plans, plus 80 meal, 50 meal, 25 meal, and 10 meal plans.
Performing Arts Centre and Residence (PAC)
- Single apartment: $4,264 per semester
- 2-bedroom suite (your own bedroom): $4,056 per semester
- 3-bedroom apartment (your own bedroom): $4,264 per semester
- Double apartment (sharing a bedroom with one other student): $3,640 per semester

Residence and Confirmation Deposit
Each student, as part of the application process, is required to pay a non-refundable residence and confirmation deposit to hold your room. This deposit is applied to your residence fees.

- Full two-bedroom unit: $900 per month
