Conference welcome course dinner. Complimentary for conference participants. Menu:

  • the world’s biggest and freshest lobster dinner (with PEI’s best oyster, scallop, and blue mussels, etc.)

The Local Pub and Oyster Bar restaurant ()

Conference farewell course dinner. Complimentary for conference participants. Menu: 

  • the world’s freshest and best fish and chips, oyster, scallop, etc. or a different dinner of your preference
