ADS Level 4 - Parking Administrator - Department of Facilities Management
$49,407 to $54,262 per annum, as per CUPE 1870

The Facilities Management Department is seeking applications for the Parking Administration position. This position falls under the direction of the Manager of Security Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer service
- Answer telephone inquiries and handle and/or redirect inquiries
- Data entry
- Compose correspondence or email as required
- Review and recommend changes of parking information for the applications and parking webpage
- Coordinate the campus parking permit process including organizing location for sales and receiving payment for permits and tickets
- Coordinate and communicate parking in designated and reserved lots
- General filing
- Support administration staff as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of Grade 12
- Successful completion of a business or administrative course and 2 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Proficient in the use of microcomputers and the following software programs: Window, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Documents, and Gmail
- Ability to work well with others and to meet deadlines
