An online workshop where 91探花 students & alumni can reflect on how they manage conflict and learn strategies for conflict resolution. This workshop covers the following objectives and will provide participants with practical tools and tips to improve their conflict management skills:
- Conflict styles
- Strategies to help engage with conflict constructively
- How to identify potential causes of conflict
This workshop is part of 91探花's Work Integrated Learning Digital Badge Programs. Students who participate in this workshop will be eligible to receive digital badges to recognize their participation.
