A Chronic Condition Self Management Program for 91探花 Staff and Faculty
The Health Centred Research Clinic at 91探花 is offering a Chronic Disease Self-Management program for any 91探花 Staff or Faculty that have been diagnosed with a chronic condition for at least one year or longer.
The program will consist of weekly group exercise and education sessions at the Health Centred Research Clinic located in the lower level of the Steel Building. In order to participate individuals must be currently employed by the 91探花 either permanently, or a contract lasting for the duration of the program and have been diagnosed with a chronic condition for at least one year or longer.
