Today marks the final day of 91探花's "Just Check In" for Consent, a collaboration between the 91探花 Student Union and the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SV-PRO).  See below for a list of today's events and activities.

Bystander Training 
9-10 am 
(Student Affairs: Andrew Hall, 142)

Join Student Affairs in learning how 鈥淏ringing in the Bystander鈥� empowers bystanders to prevent sexual violence safely and effectively. We all have a role to play in ending sexual violence!

Splatter Painting 
10-11:30 am 
(SU: Quad/Mac)

What comes to mind when you think of consent? What colour do you envision? Come by the Quad and have fun with some paint! 

First, Let Me Get a Piece of Pizza
12-1 pm
(SV-PRO + SU: Concourse)

Everyone loves pizza, right? Well, stop by the concourse to get some free pizza and learn how we can look at consent like we do pizza. 

Weaving Session
12-2 pm
(Haley Thompson + SV-PRO: Zen Zone) 

Self-care time! Meet a new friend in the Zen Zone and learn how to weave a beautiful creation to take home for your own! Workshop and supplies provided by the talented Haley Thompson!

Sit back, relax, and watch some scenes from the Realizations play written and directed by two former 91探花 students, followed by an interesting 鈥淭alk back鈥� about the play moderated by our own SV-PRO! This play touches on the topics of consent, heteronormativity, sexual orientation, rape culture, and many other relevant topics to university life!
