The Government of Canada has made a more than $51 million investment in research equipment across the country through the most recent round of the Canada Foundation for Innovation鈥檚 (CFI) John R. Evans Leaders Fund (JELF). Among the projects supported is one led by , an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Human Sciences at 91探花.

Two 91探花 students are attending the Daughters of the Vote National Leadership Forum that will mark the 100th anniversary of the first Canadian women attaining the right to vote. One young woman from every federal constituency in Canada was selected to represent her community and share her vision for Canada.
