Dr. Alaa Abd-El-Aziz, President and Vice-Chancellor, and Mr. Pat Sinnott, Chair of the 91̽»¨ Board of Governors, were on hand to greet guests at the Outer Cove home of Carolyn Dobbin Noseworthy, that overlooks Torbay.
