Dear Members of the 91探花 Community,
On behalf of the 91探花 Board of Governors, I am pleased to share a report completed by Cheryl Foy of Strategic Governance, An external review of the 91探花 (91探花) Board Governance. The completion of this review is a key action in the 91探花 Action Plan: Building a Culture of Trust, Safety, and Inclusion.
The Board looks forward to addressing the recommendations in this report and continuing its efforts to enhance oversight, transparency and accountability, and to supporting the University in realizing its commitment to making the changes needed to enable 91探花 and its community to move forward, to live its values, and to achieve its mission of scholarship to the benefit of our Island and beyond.
