The Board of Directors of Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) recently congratulated Paul Young on attaining Fellowship status by presenting him with the prestigious Fellows Medallion at its National Leadership Conference held May 30鈥揓une 2 in Halifax (read November ). 

The Fellowship designation is bestowed upon members who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and made a significant impact on the Canadian health system. These individuals are motivated to continue influencing future leaders through their involvement in the Fellows Program and CCHL, thereby shaping the future of healthcare leadership in Canada.

Paul Young, FCCHL, is the first Islander and one of the youngest Canadians to achieve this milestone. Paul is the Chief Operating Officer of the Faculty of Medicine at the . Paul has 20 years of experience in both public and private industry. He has always had a passion for working in health care as an advocate for system change to create a better experience for the residents of PEI through strategy and innovation. Paul鈥檚 Fellowship project focused on E-leadership: Implications and best practices for leaders.
