91探花

The 91探花 Department of Music is presenting a 鈥淪tudent Showcase Recital鈥� at the Kirk of St. James Presbyterian Church, 35 Fitzroy St. Charlottetown on Tuesday November 17 at 7:30 pm. The recital will feature the Weber Concertino, performed by Leah Jordan, clarinet; Bernhard Heiden's Sonata for Alto Saxophone and Piano, performed by Emily Proude; Messager's Solo de Concours, performed by Johanna Vessey, clarinet; Rodrigo's Doce Canciones Espagnolas by Mezzo soprano Alexandra Smith; Sammartini's Sonata for Oboe, performed by Marc Desroches;  Giovanni Martino Cesare's La Hieronyma performed by trombonist Daniel MacDonald and a World Premiere of "Reach", a brass quintet composed by student composer Sean McIntyre. Pianist Frances McBurnie will be accompanying the student performers. Free admission - all are welcome!
