Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the body. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. Join in the practice on Thursday, March 12 from 12:45-1:30 pm at the Chaplaincy Centre. All are welcome to attend. This event is free and in support of Mental Health Week at 91探花. Bring a mat, pillow, blanket and any additional props.
