Registration for Specialty Fitness Programs is required. Please register by contacting Panther Central at (902) 566-0368 or drop by the Sports Centre. Space is limited. Fee: Members $51 + HST. Non-members $60 + HST. Speed training and TRX - six-week program: This program involves interval training and a speed portion around the indoor track. You will increase your fitness, burn fat, and improve your tone. Dates: November 18-December 23. Tuesdays Group-6:30–7:15 am. Instructor-Tracey Gairns-Brioux. Cardio & Cycle - six-week program: Get ready to ride steadily and consistently with heavy resistance. Strength rides increase muscular and cardiovascular strength enabling you to be a powerful climber. The class will also challenge your aerobic base through interval sprints and maximum speed. Dates: November 19-December 17. Wednesdays Group- 5:00-5:45 pm. Instructor-Tracey Gairns-Brioux.
