AAU Conference on "Best Practices in Aboriginal Post-secondary Education"

The AAU's Aboriginal Education Committee is hosting a regional conference focused on "Best Practices in Aboriginal Post-secondary Education." The Conference is organized around three streams: 1. Student Leadership and Campus Involvement 2. Innovation in Aboriginal Programming and Pedagogy 3. Innovative Practices in Aboriginal Student Support and Advisement The conference will be hosted by Mount Saint Vincent University on March 9 and 10, 2015. It has received generous support from the governments of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island and the federal department of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development. We are encouraging members of the communities, university faculty, university/secondary students, student/aboriginal services professionals, Education Directors and Elders to attend.
