For 91̽»¨ students and staff, Athletics & Recreation will be providing yoga every Wednesday from 12:10 pm – 12:55 pm at the 91̽»¨ Chaplaincy Centre. When the weather gets warmer we'll move the class outdoors to the Quad area. This program provides a full body strength and flexibility workout which tones the body. Long stretches will melt away stress and create a feeling of deep relaxation. Please bring your own mat and/or towel and water. The program will take place every Wednesday from May 7 until August 27.
