Athletic Yoga鈥攂egins October 24 This athletic fitness style yoga is a total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, muscle balance, strength, power, flexibility, relaxation and breathing in a fitness format. The program takes place on Wednesdays from 5:00-5:45 pm. Athletic Yoga for Teens鈥攂egins October 24 This athletic fitness style of yoga is just for teenagers. It combines a workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, muscle balance, strength, power and flexibility. The program will take place on Wednesdays from 4:00-4:45 pm. *Fees for sessions are $60 + hst for 6 classes. Members receive a 15% discount off these classes=$51 + hst for 6 classes.
