A/R fitness class updates

Athletic Strength Circuit—Begins October 21 This class combines it all into an effective and challenging workout! Our trainer will take you through drills that blend agility, endurance, speed, and strength to push you to your limits. The program will take place on Mondays from 6:30–7:15 am. Athletic Cardio n' Strength—Begins October 21 This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. The program takes place on Mondays from 5:00–5:45 pm. TRX Suspension Training—Begins October 22 Every exercise in suspension training builds functional strength, improves flexibility, balance, and core stability all at the same time. The program will take place on Tuesdays from 12:10–12:55 pm. Pilates and Toning—Begins October 24 Pilates combines stretching and strengthening of muscles. It helps build strong lean muscles from the inside out and is beneficial to everyone. The program takes place on Thursdays from 12:10–12:55 pm. *Fees for sessions are $60 + hst for 6 classes. Members receive a 15% discount off these classes= $51 + hst for 6 classes.To register for classes, visit the Panther Central desk.
