A/R fitness class updates

Cycling in the Zone - begins October 23
Blast off using effective riding techinques, and learn how to measure your progress by controlling force and velocity to maximize your wattage output. This class takes place on Wednesdays from 4:30 pm-5:15 pm.
Ultimate Conditioning - begins October 22
This class is a great mix of TRX, spin and speed training. With interval training and speed portions you will increase your endurance, burn fat and improve your tone. When you sign up for a six week session of Ultimate Conditioning, each week you can attend either the Tuesday morning or Saturday morning class for your workout that week. Tuesday's class is 6:30 am-7:15 am and Saturday's class is 10:00 am-10:45 am.
