"Children and Childhood" Course Cluster
Ideal for students interested in education, social work, child development, or graduate work in children鈥檚 issues, this cluster of courses explores the idea of children and childhood from a literary, historical, and psychological perspective. Students will ask such questions as what is a child? How has childhood been represented in literature, arts, and music? How has the attitude towards childhood altered across time and cultures? And how does the mind develop through childhood?
