Instantly create a PivotTable without learning about PivotTables. PivotTables are extremely useful tools, but if you have not yet had the chance to learn how to create one, Excel may be able to do all the work for you. Select the data to be included in the PivotTable, go to the Insert tab, Tables group, and select Recommended PivotTables. If you have enough data, Excel will give you some options of PivotTables to choose from.
