Workplace Stress can be triggered by many sources: heavy workloads with tight timelines, layoffs or restructuring, or difficult co-workers. When combined with the pressures and responsibilities outside of work, it is no wonder that people experience high levels of stress.
This session will help people to:
- Define stress and the fight or flight response.
- Identify personal stressors and symptoms.
- Develop strategies to increase their personal resiliency.
