Dr. Cynthia Blanton (Idaho State University) will give a talk entitled "Iron Status and Cognitive Function in College Women" on Friday, September 26th.
Dr. Blanton is a Fulbright Scholar in Nutrisciences & Health and is on campus this fall working with Dr. Marva Sweeney-Nixon and Dr. Kathy Gottschall-Pass on a project entitled "Enhancing Blueberry鈥檚 Health Effects with Probiotics"
Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
